New stove with chimney breast and flu2 fitters arrived on time on the date agreed, their timeliness remained accurate throughout the 3 days of fitting. We honestly could not fault a single thing and the overall outcome was as satisfying as the expectations we had if not more so. Simon also attended on each of the 3 days to answer any queries we had and ensure the fitters had everything they needed which gave us the security that quality was monitored at all levels. The fitters were very professional and clearly were very experienced in the work they carried out. They gave us regular updates including usage and safety info.

Had a Acr Rowendale fitted by this company. Visited by Simon to discuss our option who then sent us a very competitive quotation, Mark at the shop handled all the communications regarding installation dates etc. The 2 fitters arrived on the date we arranged, they were polite, cleaned up after the end of each days work and discussed all the work as it progressed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting there fireplace altered.
