Fantastic food as always
I placed my order through Just Eat shortly after 19:30 and was quoted a forty minute delivery time. Shortly after placing my order I was told it would be delivered at 20:50. This is a wait of almost eighty minutes, although I do appreciate that it is Saturday night.The order was received late at 21:05. Without the pizza which was ordered. The deliveryman came back shortly after remembering.I'm sure that he arrived in a silver Volkswagen but I could be convinced that he cantered on horseback due to the time it took to arrive and the amount of mixed curries spilled in the bag, which subsequently had to be cleaned from the worktop and my hands.The food itself was poor. I give it two stars (forgiving even the delivery) because most of it remained packaged.The pizza, perhaps as it had travelled an additional distance, was dry, and not unlike a flip-flop in texture. I have tasted similar from the frozen aisle of my local Asda. It had clearly been left standing as long as we had.As for the curry that I ordered, I am still trying to recover. I ordered a Pasanda, a mild flavoursome curry tasting of coconut and almond. This curry tasted of neither, and the doctor is knocking, telling me he is going to have to take my leg. If my pancreas had a voice it would be singing Johnny Cash's Hurt. I am convinced that this curry had a base of maple syrup, and even found a lump of an unidentifiable fruit in the sauce. I soldiered through most of it unharmed but was forced to use the flip flop to absorb some of the damage. There was no spice and no flavour at all, which is a shame given that I've eaten delightful curries from this takeaway previously. I feel robbed that I paid over thirty pounds for my order, and that I had to open the door twice to be reminded of my error.
Ordered here for years, never had a bad curry yet.

Great curry's, been going here for 20 years now.Would be good if they brought some new curry dishes out as they have been the same pretty much since the start.Be aware though that 30 minutes is usually 45-60, but other than that, everything is perfect
